OfferFluent Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and authorised to upload the CV, job description and answer content you submit. Do not upload another person's identity documents or contact details, trade secrets, customer data or unauthorised internal company information.

2. Service

The service includes AI English mock interviews, answer-by-answer reports, answer retries, workplace coaching and speaking courses. See membership plans for interview allowances, course access and quotas, and Membership & billing for your remaining usage. Purchased access is provided for the period and benefits confirmed at purchase. Feature changes do not justify cancelling purchased access or arbitrarily clearing your records. Data retention and deletion follow the Privacy Notice.

3. AI limitations

Outputs may contain errors or omissions. You must verify CV facts, numbers and wording suggestions and must not present generated content as genuine experience. Scores, CEFR estimates and practice recommendations do not guarantee hiring, promotion, exam results or a particular level within a specific time.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to create a false CV, impersonate someone, infringe intellectual property, upload malicious content, bypass usage limits, attack the service or use automated outputs to make high-risk employment decisions about another person.

5. Membership, renewals and refunds

New Plus and Pro purchases currently offer monthly plans. Existing subscriptions retain the billing cycle confirmed in their original order. PayPal subscriptions renew automatically, with the amount, currency and renewal schedule shown before approval. Cancel future renewals in Membership & billing or PayPal automatic-payment settings; active access remains until the current period ends.

Domestic customers can buy a 30-day membership code from the official Taobao store. Redemption binds membership to the current OfferFluent account, without automatic renewal. Keep your order and redemption records. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred, traded or withdrawn as cash.

In app versions that support in-app purchases, Apple bills and automatically renews subscriptions. Manage or cancel them in Apple subscription settings. Available plans and prices are shown in the app checkout.

Cancelling renewal is separate from requesting a refund. For duplicate charges, missing access after payment or a refund request, keep your order reference and contact support or the original payment platform. Request Apple refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com; contact support or the original order channel for other purchases. Refunds follow applicable platform rules and law, without limiting statutory consumer rights.

6. Data, account recovery and termination

See the Privacy Notice for data processing. Original practice recordings are encrypted for 90 days and then automatically deleted. Deleting one interview or all account data also starts immediate deletion of the related recordings. Treat an account recovery code like a password and keep it secure.

OfferFluent may restrict or stop access when these terms are breached or the service or another person's rights are put at risk. This does not exclude any statutory appeal, refund or data rights.

7. Service limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as-is and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or completely error-free. Nothing here excludes consumer or data-subject rights that cannot legally be excluded.
