OfferFluent Beta Terms

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and authorised to upload the CV, job description and answer content you submit. Do not upload another person's identity documents or contact details, trade secrets, customer data or unauthorised internal company information.

2. Service

The service provides AI interview questions, live browser transcription and final Qwen transcription, evidence-based practice reports, practice plans, second-answer practice, an answer library and reassessment comparisons. Features may change, pause or be cleared during beta. Material processing changes will be handled through an updated Privacy Notice and consent version.

3. AI limitations

Outputs may contain errors or omissions. You must verify CV facts, numbers and wording suggestions and must not present generated content as genuine experience. Scores, CEFR estimates and practice recommendations do not guarantee hiring, promotion, exam results or a particular level within a specific time.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to create a false CV, impersonate someone, infringe intellectual property, upload malicious content, bypass usage limits, attack the service or use automated outputs to make high-risk employment decisions about another person.

5. PayPal subscriptions and Taobao membership

Overseas Plus and Pro memberships may auto-renew monthly, quarterly or annually through PayPal. PayPal shows the amount, currency and renewal schedule again before approval. You may cancel from your OfferFluent account or PayPal automatic-payment settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; membership remains active until the current period ends, and a started period is not redeemable for cash.

Domestic membership is activated with a code purchased through the official Taobao store. Its validity is bound to the current OfferFluent account and does not auto-renew. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred, traded or withdrawn as cash.

6. Data, account recovery and termination

See the Privacy Notice for data processing. Original practice recordings are encrypted for 90 days and then automatically deleted. Deleting one interview or all trial data also starts immediate deletion of the related recordings. Treat an account recovery code like a password and keep it secure.

OfferFluent may end beta access when these terms are breached or the service or another person's rights are put at risk.

7. Service limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as-is and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or completely error-free. Nothing here excludes consumer or data-subject rights that cannot legally be excluded.
