Account and device identifiers
What

2. Purpose and consent
We use information you provide to create interviews, transcribe answers, produce assessments and practice plans, compare reassessments, restore history and investigate voice-quality problems such as missing transcripts or interruptions. Before voice practice, you must consent to processing the CV, job description and voice and to encrypted storage of original practice recordings for 90 days.
Nori learning memory is controlled separately from basic practice history and is off by default. It is written only after you opt in and use the improvement correctly in a second answer. You can disable references or clear all Nori memories from workplace practice at any time.
If you do not consent, you may still browse public and policy pages, but cannot use interview features that require career materials or answers. We will update the policy version and request consent again when the purpose, data or processing method materially changes.
3. AI providers, hosting and international transfers
The beta is provided through offerfluent.com and uses Alibaba Cloud Function Compute in Hong Kong, Turso, Alibaba Cloud Model Studio, Shengwang Conversational AI Engine and, when configured, Google, WeChat Open Platform, Cloudflare Turnstile, PayPal and Resend. Processing may occur outside your country or region.
4. Retention and deletion
Original practice recordings are encrypted and retained for 90 days from the session, then automatically deleted. Temporary per-turn audio used for scoring and current-session replay is not stored as another long-term copy. We retain the transcript, three scores, confidence and one correction, and do not score accent or identity traits. Transcripts, reports and practice history remain until you delete them or the beta ends.
A recovery code is shown in full only when generated. The system retains an encrypted digest and the last four characters. Generating a new code immediately invalidates the old one.
You may delete one interview or export and permanently delete account data under Account & membership → Data & privacy. To prevent reuse, a redeemed code remains marked as used, but its account link and Taobao order number are removed.
5. Your rights
You can view interview history and reports, correct CV text before upload, export machine-readable account data, delete individual or all data and withdraw consent for future processing by deleting all data.
6. Automated assessment limits
Expression effect, language accuracy and speech clarity scores only compare practice attempts for the same task. They are not CEFR, an exam score, a hiring judgment or formal proof of language ability, and cannot replace the independent-transfer gate. Missing or unreliable audio is shown as not scored, never as zero. The system does not evaluate accent, gender, age, facial expression or other protected characteristics.
7. Children
The current service is for testers aged 18 or over and does not support processing children's data. Do not upload a CV or recording if you are under 18.

This notice references the transparency, consent and data-subject-rights provisions of China's Personal Information Protection Law and Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law.
